Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will require you to re-accept on your next login.

2. Use of service

The service is provided as-is for legitimate business task-management use within your organisation. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service to store content that violates applicable law.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorised access. Administrators are responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning members of their organisation.

4. Payment & refunds

Paid plans bill via Razorpay at the interval selected at signup. Prices are displayed in the currency of your account at the time of subscription. Refunds are handled by support on a case-by-case basis; there is no automated refund mechanism - contact us through your billing settings if you need one.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. We store and process it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your organisation’s data at any time; we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable window after cancellation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [CITY], India.
